Discounts are applied to your next renewal and are only valid after your friend has been with us for three months.
Can the referral discount be combined with other offers?
The referral discount is standalone and cannot be combined with other offers.
Terms and Conditions
Minimum Policy Period: The referred friend’s policy must remain active for a minimum of three months to qualify as a successful referral.
Limit on Number of Referrals: There is no limit on the number of referrals, but the total discount applied cannot exceed the cost of your policy renewal within a single renewal period.
Discount Application and Rollover: Referral discounts are applied to your policy renewal. If your referral discounts exceed the total cost of your renewal, the remaining balance will roll over and be applied to your next renewal.
Timing of Discount Application: Discounts for successful referrals will be applied at your next renewal following the referred friend’s three-month policy period.
Eligibility of Referred Friends: Referrals must be new Custodian Insurance customers. The referred friend cannot be a current or previous Custodian Insurance policyholder.
Discount for Referred Friends: The referred friend will receive a £50 discount, applied to their first policy quote with Custodian Insurance.
Ineligibility for Combined Offers: This referral discount cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers unless explicitly stated by Custodian.
Right to Modify or Withdraw Offer: Custodian Insurance reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Changes in Referral Program: If Custodian Insurance modifies the referral program after a referral is made but before the discount is applied, the referral discount will follow the terms active at the time of the successful referral.
Non-Transferable and No Cash Value: This offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other value.
